Meditation allows the mind to access delta brainwaves resulting in restorative relaxation for the nervous system easing mental, emotional, and physical stress. Below you will find a variety of my guided meditations that I’ve created. You can also access these and follow me on the app Insight Timer. Creating these meditations is a labor of love and I hope you enjoy listening to these as much as I do creating them.

Guided Meditation for the Chakras
An 18-minute guided meditation that will introduce and guide you through your chakra system, illuminating a path to connect with yourself more fully. 5 Minute Meditation for Your Busy Day
Do you feel like you are too busy to meditate? It is often on our busiest days that we need it the most and even just 5 minutes a day can have a noticeable impact. This meditation will guide your breath and heart into a softer space allowing your internal world to slow down its pace. This meditation begins at the sound of the bell and includes gentle, original background music.
Fall Season Meditation
The Fall Season can be a powerful opportunity for us to release tension that we've been holding on to. Just as leaves in nature detach from trees to make room for new growth, we also have the opportunity to let go of what is no longer serving us. Releasing physical and emotional tension is necessary for new growth within. Enjoy this meditation throughout the Fall Season as often as you like.
