The 15 minute consult is an opportunity for me to get know you and to introduce you to ways that Ayurveda can help you to achieve your goals. The 40 minute consult is a space where we can discuss in detail manageable ways to implement Ayurveda nutrition and lifestyle practices into your busy schedule. You may even be surprised to find that certain small changes can have a big impact on your health.

If you are a student currently enrolled in an Ayurveda Health Counselor training program Kimberly would be honored to support you as you study, learn and embody this ancient knowledge!
